I'm really not creative. What suits me?

All workshops / courses are suitable for everyone. That is, they do not require prior experience, any knowledge of art or materials and techniques and do not require proven creativity.

I have two left hands, is there any point in trying?

The definition "two left hands" belongs to the definitions to which we have been accustomed since childhood ...
There is always a point to try! And experiment !!
Sure it will turn out that the hands are not left as you thought ...

I do not know the artists you are talking about. Will it interfere?

definitely not.
No need to arrive with prior knowledge. In classes or workshops we will expand the speech and learn about each artist we will work inspired by in order to understand:
- Where did he come from?
- In what period did he act?
- What characterized his form of work?
- What characterized his various works?
- What techniques and materials did you use?

I know and love the artists you're talking about will it bother?

vice versa!
In artist-inspired activities, we will deepen our knowledge and even expand it from time to time.
In addition, as opposed to theoretical knowledge of the artist, we will take motifs from his work and imitate them or the techniques / materials he used to create further interpretation of things.
The work will often be combined with quotes from the artist, which will add another layer to the work inspired by him.

What do you learn can be applied later at home as well?

For the most part absolutely yes.
There are various activities, which require the acquisition of certain materials or tools in order to apply at home.
Beyond that - most of the techniques can be restored and practiced.

What should be brought?

No need to bring anything :)
In the studio - all materials, aprons, refreshments and drinks - will be provided by.
In a private event - the materials required to prepare the products will be provided by.

Getting dirty? With what clothes to come?

It can certainly get dirty.
Depends of course on the type of activity and the types of materials used.
- If there is any sensory sensitivity or allergy to certain substances - it is worth noting this in advance
Date and I will take care of the gloves.
- I provide aprons to protect the clothes (it is recommended to come in clothes that do not mind getting dirty).
- The hands will get dirty almost for sure - the materials come off after thorough hand washing (if not after one, then after two or three times ...)

What will I get out of the activity with?

The products are predefined in each activity.
Usually in Mix Media workshops the product will be some handmade image.
Sometimes the product will be an album, a designed notebook, some wooden accessory we will work on.
In the course we work in a personal diary and in each lesson the product will be a new work in the diary :)

What if I did not finish my product by the end of the session?

If it's a workshop - usually everyone finishes the work, because that's how time is planned.
If the work is not finished, I make sure that it will be possible to take enough materials that can be completed at home.

If it is a lesson from a diary course - if the work in the diary did not end from the same lesson, you can continue the work in the next lesson or finish the work at home.

Where does this happen? Is there parking?

Activities that take place in the studio will take place at 13 Vitkin Street in Kfar Saba (Aliya neighborhood, adjacent to the green neighborhood).
There is free parking on the street itself and on nearby streets.
On the studio wall there are "creative thinking" and "surprise" signs (my studio partner)
Enter shelter number 42 (upper shelter) and the studio is inside.

How much do the materials cost? Is it an expensive hobby?

The materials come at very different prices from each other.
Higher quality and more professional materials, usually cost more than the simple ones.
The price range is very large so it is difficult to answer the question in general.
If the work is done mostly in the studio during the classes and workshops, there is no need to purchase too many materials at home, because everything is provided by.
To start creating at home, you do not need too big a budget.
Unlike oil painting, for example, or painting in general - which requires the purchase of canvases as well as painting, working in a personal notebook allows you to save space and expenses because you work on a relatively small scale and in a closed notebook on a regular desk.

For what ages are the activities suitable?

The activities for adults can be suitable for ages 16 and up.
Activities designed for children, such as camps and workshops during holidays or birthday celebrations, are suitable for ages 10 and up.
The activities are designed for parent and child - suitable for ages 6 and up accompanied by an adult.

How many times a week does the course take place?

All courses are held once a week. Each lesson lasts 3 hours.
The children's class is held once a week for an hour and a half.
