"My transition to independence did not happen in an instant," says Yifat. In 2013 she was in the midst of writing her doctorate, a process that had been long and difficult for her. In order to freshen up a bit and do something for the soul as well, she accidentally came to the Art Journaling course - a visual diary in Kfar Saba. 'As I got to the course, I felt like Alice in Wonderland. I entered through the cave entrance and discovered a magical world full of surprises. ' She smiles excitedly.
